AB Tyres, a company belonging to the universe of the Alves Bandeira Group, renewed its partnership that started in 2020, with Coimbra's Native pilot, Filipe Albuquerque, as the ambassador of the Falken brand in Portugal. The event was marked by the delivery of a competition suit from the pilot to the Administrator and General Director of AB Tyres Portugal, Filipe Bandeira.

 

Belonging to the Sumitomo Group, one of the 5 largest tyre manufacturers in the world, the Japanese brand is represented exclusively by AB Tyres in Portugal and marketed through a network of more than 200 exclusive partners (tyre shops and workshops).

 

In the last few years, the Falken brand has grown steadily in Portugal. In the last year of 2022, he reached 2nd place in 24H Daytona and 2nd place in IMSA, having recently obtained the first podium of 2023 with a 2nd place in 24H Daytona.
