2024-12-13

Under the motto "Strong and Loyal," which guides the mission and values of the Regimento de Artilharia Nº 4 in Leiria, the Grupo Alves Bandeira brought together about 30 of its leaders for an intensive day of team leadership training. This initiative, organized as part of the group's competency development and strategic alignment, provided participants with a unique environment to explore and strengthen their leadership and teamwork skills.

Throughout the day, the team faced demanding military exercises that required not only physical effort but also planning, coordination, and resilience. These activities, carefully designed to simulate high-pressure scenarios, aimed to reinforce the spirit of dedication and sacrifice—values essential for both military success and effective team management in a business context.

Beyond practical experience, the training offered an opportunity to reflect on the role of leadership in adverse situations. In each challenge, participants were encouraged to devise strategies, delegate responsibilities, and maintain team cohesion, practically demonstrating the importance of balanced and effective leadership.

The day's highlight was the presentation of an anthem. Created and performed by the participants themselves, the anthem symbolizes the unity, determination, and commitment that characterize the group and its teams. This moment of collective celebration and pride concluded a day where values and team spirit were undoubtedly strengthened.

More than just training, this day at the Regimento de Artilharia Nº 4 was a true journey of overcoming challenges and inspiration, which will positively impact the professional and personal paths of all involved.

Watch here the day's summary and learn the lyrics of the anthem "Fortes e Leais," whose title was created to honor all military forces belonging to the Regimento de Artilharia Nº 4 of the Portuguese Army.
